en.Wedoany.com Reported - China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) First Bureau has won the bid for the Beijing Chuangxiang Tower project, marking another landmark in the capital's high-end public construction sector, following benchmarks such as Zhongqi Tower, Samsung Tower, Dajia Future Center, and Guoshou Financial Center.

Chuangxiang Tower (i.e., the Z8 plot project) is located in the core area of Beijing's CBD, with a total gross floor area of approximately 170,300 square meters, a building height of 140 meters, five underground floors planned, and a foundation pit depth of -29 meters. The project will integrate international corporate headquarters, cross-border financial services, high-end business social spaces, and smart office demonstrations in the future.

The design is jointly led by the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design and Zaha Hadid Architects. The building adopts a three-dimensional composition of stepped terraces, gradually receding from bottom to top to form staggered sky gardens. This design introduces sunlight and green landscapes to each floor, bridging the rigor and efficiency of the indoor business environment with the soothing vitality of the natural surroundings.

The western facade of the building is connected by flowing terraces and atriums, visually echoing the CBD central green space, extending upward into a sky green corridor and downward into a sunken plaza, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces and creating a vertical ecological office experience.

The project also plans multiple leisure scenarios such as shared atriums and rooftop gardens, embedding natural textures into the high-density urban fabric to create a vertical ecological office experience, allowing workers in the city core to engage in dialogue with nature.

As one of Beijing's "3 of 100" key projects, Chuangxiang Tower has a total investment of approximately 6.6 billion yuan and is planned to complete overall construction by 2028.
Upon completion, it will join projects on plots Z3, Z4, Z5, and Z6 in the CBD core area to create over 1.7 million square meters of high-quality industrial space, further consolidating Beijing CBD's global influence as a core business hub in the Asia-Pacific region.
