Since entering the industrial control field in 2005, YW Automation started with compatibility solutions. Over 21 years, more than 2.6 million devices have been operating stably in industrial sites worldwide, accumulating scenario-based solutions covering over 20 core industries, with annual R&D investment exceeding 15%. This brand upgrade centers on full-stack independent technical capabilities, with self-developed solutions already applied in scenarios such as AI data center liquid cooling and HVAC intelligent control. In the HVAC intelligent control field, the independently developed Ruikong AI intelligent control platform achieves energy savings of up to 35%.
At the launch event, YW Automation General Manager Li Jiwei elaborated on the transformation logic from compatibility to independence, while Deputy General Manager Li Di analyzed the future-oriented independent ecosystem layout from an industry trend perspective. Policy-driven trends toward independent controllability, incremental opportunities in emerging tracks, and the opening window for high-end substitution have prompted the company to master a fully independent technology foundation.
In terms of products, the TinKey series includes the market-validated TK1000 small PLC, the newly launched TK2000 medium-small PLC, and the TK3000 medium-large PLC, which can serve as an intelligent brain. Together, these three can form a field-level control network. The TK2000 adopts a fully independently designed 12mm blade-type ultra-thin structure, featuring deep program encryption and diversified hardware isolation protection. The self-developed TinKey programming software supports graphical configuration, multi-device monitoring, offline simulation, and industry-level wizards.
YW Automation Product Director Yu Zhuoru stated that from chip selection to hardware design, and from the compilation system to the upper computer programming software, the entire technology stack is independently developed by the company. As the first core product after the brand upgrade, the TK2000 aims to meet the independent substitution needs of medium and small control scenarios.
