en.Wedoany.com Reported - TENADO (a Revalize company) has officially launched TENADO METAL 3D in the United States, a 3D CAD software developed specifically for the metal fabrication industry, featuring a parts library compliant with the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) standards and a U.S. fastener library. Developed in Germany and already used in European fabrication shops, this release targets the U.S. market to address issues such as manual setup, repetitive calculations, and additional conversion work that local designers and manufacturers have long faced due to reliance on mechanical engineering CAD tools.

Built on Autodesk Inventor technology and designed around metal project workflows, the software supports use cases such as stairs and railings, structural components, and sheet metal. TENADO METAL 3D automates routine tasks like miter calculations, flat pattern development, and cut list creation within flat models, reducing manual work and helping teams output fabrication-ready formats directly from the design stage, thereby lowering error rates.

The software includes an IFC interface (open BIM data standard), allowing users to exchange model data with architects and general contractors in commercial projects. Targeting custom fabrication shops, stair and railing specialists, and similar businesses, the platform helps improve consistency and reduce project turnaround times by automating repetitive design steps and generating fabrication-ready outputs.

TENADO METAL 3D is now available in the United States.
