en.Wedoany.com Reported - Recently, Bosh Group, a strategic partner of Mercedes-Benz in China, signed a strategic sales cooperation agreement with UBTECH, becoming the first officially authorized partner for bionic humanoid robots in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Under the agreement, Bosh Group will sell UBTECH's ultra-bionic humanoid robot, U-World U1, and other products in the Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei regions, as well as through its 4S store network (including Mercedes-Benz 4S stores, Hyundai 4S stores, etc.).

The two parties will jointly promote the construction of operational service systems and standards in the robotics industry, combining UBTECH's technological and product leadership with Bosh Group's years of quality service standards in German automotive 4S operations, to build a complete industry closed loop of "technology R&D + channel operations + scenario deployment + after-sales service."
Previously, Bosh Group launched the world's first "dual 4S integration model" robot experience store, "Mechanical Eden," at its Beijing Bosh Ruida Mercedes-Benz 4S store. Bosh Group and Mechanical Eden have officially become UBTECH's "first officially authorized partner in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region" for its full range of robots, and will fully undertake the product experience, scenario deployment, standardized delivery, and official after-sales service chain for the ultra-bionic humanoid robot U-World U1 in the region. This model fills the long-missing offline experience and after-sales closed loop for humanoid robots.
Leveraging its offline physical store network and high-net-worth customer resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Bosh Group provides offline deployment scenarios and consumer markets for U-World U1; UBTECH, in turn, supplies bionic hardware, embodied intelligent algorithms, core technologies for emotional AI large models, and mature mass production and delivery systems, offering technical and production capacity support for large-scale deployment.
With the implementation of the cooperation, U-World U1 will be deployed in batches to the Mechanical Eden experience spaces at multiple Bosh Group stores. On one hand, this will empower high-end automotive service scenarios, creating intelligent and immersive consumer experiences; on the other hand, it will open retail and rental services to high-end customers, promoting the entry of ultra-bionic humanoid robots into households and diverse public service scenarios.
UBTECH's humanoid robots focus on three major scenarios: "industrial manufacturing, commercial services, and family companionship." The industrial humanoid robot Walker S series has been continuously entering factories for training since 2023 and began mass production and delivery in November 2025; the Cruzr series and Walker C series have been deployed in multiple commercial service scenarios. On June 30, 2026, UBTECH officially launched the ultra-bionic humanoid robot U-World U1 series, marking the extension of its humanoid robots from industrial and commercial scenarios to household scenarios.
U-World U1 possesses full-chain proprietary technologies ranging from bionic skin, embodied intelligent hardware, and operating systems to emotional large models and mass production manufacturing. It is positioned as an emotional companion bionic robot, with application scenarios including emotional support, daily companionship, elderly care companionship, reception services, cultural tourism exhibitions, and psychological healing.
On June 18, 2026, eight departments including the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of 'Artificial Intelligence + Consumption'," proposing to accelerate the application demonstration of new AI products such as elderly care robots, companion robots, and AI life assistants, enhancing capabilities in emotional companionship and health monitoring. UBTECH plans to collaborate with more partners, continuously iterating the product experience and commercial solutions for bionic humanoid robots based on operational data, expanding application scenarios in cultural tourism, healthcare, high-end commerce, and other fields, and improving the offline consumer operations ecosystem for bionic humanoid robots.
