en.Wedoany.com Reported - Samsung Electronics has launched new built-in cooktops and an over-the-range microwave with Air Fry Max, combining advanced cooking technology, elegant design, and a connected experience. Available in both electric and gas options, the new products are designed to help consumers prepare healthier meals, achieve consistent cooking results, and create a more refined kitchen environment.

Hyung Min Park, Vice President and Head of the User Experience Team at Samsung Electronics' Digital Appliances Business, stated that today's consumers want kitchen appliances that simplify cooking while harmonizing with their home life. The new built-in cooktops and over-the-range microwave with Air Fry Max are designed to enhance the cooking experience, making the entire process smoother.
The new built-in cooktops feature Air Fry Max functionality, delivering golden, crispy results in less time without preheating. The cooktops also incorporate True Convection technology for faster, more even baking, and Air Sous Vide for precise temperature and airflow control to lock in flavor and moisture. The electric cooktop includes a 3.6 kW Express Boil™ burner with a dual-ring heating element, while the gas cooktop features a 23,000 BTU dual-power burner suitable for stir-frying, searing, and boiling.
In terms of design, the new built-in cooktops share the same handle design as Samsung's 2026 refrigerator lineup, creating a unified kitchen aesthetic. The cooktops feature illuminated precision knobs that light up during use for visual feedback, and a built-in display for easy viewing and adjustment of cooking settings. The Soft Close Door ensures smooth and quiet closing, enhancing the user experience.
Samsung also launched the over-the-range microwave with Air Fry Max, complementing the built-in cooktops in both functionality and aesthetics. The Air Fry Max feature on both devices can be used simultaneously, allowing users to prepare multiple air-fried dishes at once, with cooking speed improved by up to 15%. The built-in cooktop and over-the-range microwave sync wirelessly via Auto Connectivity, automatically turning on the microwave light and exhaust fan when the cooktop is activated. The over-the-range microwave features a tilted ergonomic design for easy viewing of the cooktop.
Both the built-in cooktops and the over-the-range microwave can be connected via SmartThings, allowing consumers to control and manage the appliances through a smartphone or voice assistant. The new cooking series will be available in North America starting mid-July, with the built-in cooktops also launching in select Latin American markets later.
