en.Wedoany.com Reported - Russian automotive parts and service provider АСК‑Контракт (ASK-Contract) has partnered with software developer 1С-Рарус (1C-Rarus) to implement the industry solution Альфа‑Авто: Автосервис+Автозапчасти Корп, ред. 6 (Alpha-Auto: Auto Service+Auto Parts Corp, version 6). The automation upgrade has accelerated repair and customs processing, improved data quality, and streamlined financial and warehouse accounting procedures.
ООО «АСК‑Контракт» (ASK-Contract LLC) specializes in supplying original spare parts and assemblies from leading global manufacturers. Its in-house service center offers major repairs, routine maintenance, diagnostics, and load testing, while field teams provide on-site technical support and emergency repairs at customer locations.
Previously, the company's accounting was based on a standard solution designed for small businesses, which could no longer meet the needs of the automotive industry. The system lacked industry-specific work order modules and necessary print forms, customs procedures and cargo movement accounting were time-consuming, data exchange with regulated accounting systems was complex, and there was a risk of data duplication.
To address these issues, ASK-Contract management selected Альфа‑Авто: Автосервис+Автозапчасти Корп, ред. 6 and entrusted the implementation to 1C-Rarus, the developer of this industry solution.
The project achieved multiple results: repair request processing speed increased by 30% due to the configuration of service-stage accounting; address-based warehouse accounting with bin locations accelerated parts search and picking, reducing the risk of order assembly errors; sales analysis of goods and services by equipment model improved twofold thanks to enhanced reports and directory structures; month-end closing speed increased by 20% through the configuration of integration with 1С:Бухгалтерия (1C:Accounting) and automated document exchange; and customs declarations and related cargo movement tasks were automated, cutting document processing time for goods receipt and customs procedures in half.
Vladislav Strigin (Владислав Стригин), Deputy General Director of ASK-Contract, stated: "Over the years, the company has built a strong team. The implementation of Альфа‑Авто has helped integrate service, warehouse, import operations, and customer settlements into a system that is easy for employees to understand." Future plans include developing integration for external sales services together with 1C-Rarus and introducing price monitoring for spare parts and engines to quickly respond to market changes, while continuously developing the system's service and warehouse functions.
