German MAN Truck & Bus and Denmark's Falck Renew Three-Year Contract, Supplying 600 Emergency Vehicles by 2028
en.Wedoany.com Reported - German MAN Truck & Bus's van division and global emergency service provider Falck Danmark A/S have extended the existing framework contract for the supply of MAN TGE vehicles by three years. Under the contract, the potential supply volume could reach up to 600 vehicles by the end of 2028.

The partnership began in 2019 and currently covers Germany, Denmark, the United Kingdom, and Poland, with Spain added as a new market. The MAN TGE serves as the base vehicle for rescue and ambulance vehicles, with subsequent modifications carried out by local body manufacturers in each country.
Since the start of the collaboration, MAN has become a key partner in the ambulance sector. This strategy has been particularly successful in Spain: by cooperating with four major local body manufacturers and strengthening customer service, MAN has steadily consolidated its position in a competitive environment. MAN Truck & Bus Iberia's ambulance sales exceeded 335 units in 2025, with orders from Falck also playing a crucial role.

Falck is one of the world's leading providers of medical and emergency services, operating in 25 countries. In Europe, emergency medical services are its core business. In Germany alone, Falck carries out over 300,000 interventions annually, including emergency rescues, patient transport, and fire prevention services. With more than 25,000 employees worldwide, Falck has a highly specialized team and a robust operational structure, ensuring fast and reliable medical care.
