en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 19, 2026, Diji Robot announced a strategic partnership with Xinzhishi, a Chinese single-photon dToF sensing chip company. Based on the Sunrise S600 flagship computing platform, the two parties have completed deep adaptation of Xinzhishi's next-generation high-performance SPAD-dToF depth sensor VA6150, jointly launching an end-side integrated perception solution for the embodied intelligence field, aimed at enhancing robot environmental perception accuracy and real-time decision-making capabilities, accelerating large-scale product deployment.

Xinzhishi specializes in core SPAD-dToF (Single Photon Time-of-Flight) technology, with technical strength in the global first tier. Its sensors, featuring high ranging accuracy, low power consumption, and strong environmental interference resistance, have been widely deployed in consumer electronics and automotive autonomous driving. The self-developed SPAD sensor chip has shipped over 100 million units globally, validated through mass production. The VA6150 in this collaboration is Xinzhishi's flagship area array dToF product designed for the robotics sector, adopting an industry-first 1:1 square area array design with a maximum detection distance of up to 350 meters. It successfully completed tape-out in March 2026 and is ready for mass production.

As a single-chip full-stack computing foundation built by Diji Robot for embodied intelligence, the Sunrise S600 delivers 560 TOPS of edge computing power, capable of concurrently running VLA, VLM, large language models, environmental perception, and motion control within a single chip. After the VA6150 sensor completes underlying adaptation with the Sunrise S600, long-range depth data from the hardware can be directly parsed, model-inferred, and output as action commands within the Sunrise S600 chip, achieving end-to-end collaborative optimization and reducing overall hardware setup and debugging costs.

This is not the first collaboration between Diji Robot and Xinzhishi. In November 2025, Diji Robot, together with Xinzhishi and Q Technology, jointly launched a binocular RGB-dToF fusion perception solution, achieving ≤1% ranging accuracy within 0.1-10 meters and a 120°×90° ultra-wide field of view, adaptable to scenarios such as quadruped robots and intelligent lawn mowing robots, and has been deployed in multiple customer projects. This strategic partnership represents a comprehensive upgrade of their collaboration. Based on the high computing power of the Sunrise S600 flagship chip and the high-performance dToF perception capability of the VA6150, the two parties will jointly create high-precision, long-range, low-latency, and highly reliable end-side perception and computing solutions for diverse scenarios including humanoid robots, industrial embodied intelligence, and service robots, driving embodied intelligence from "being able to see" to "being able to understand, decide, and act." In the future, both parties will continue to deepen technical synergy, iterate more scenario-based joint solutions, and leverage mature chip mass production experience to lower the development threshold for downstream OEMs, promoting the large-scale commercial deployment of embodied intelligence perception-computing solutions.
