The physical guarantee is a key indicator for plants to obtain financing and connect to the grid. In Bahia, the UFV Solar Irecê plant, developed by a joint venture of Acelen, Perfin Infra Administração de Recursos, and Electra Illian Energias Renováveis, had its guarantee assessed at an average of 24.2 MW; the same joint venture's UFV Solar Irecê 3 plant was assessed at an average of 9.8 MW. Also in Bahia, Statkraft received assessments for its plants, with the UFV Sol de Brotas 1 through Sol de Brotas 7 plants having guarantee ranges between an average of 8.7 MW and 9.6 MW.

In the states of São Paulo and Rio Grande do Norte, plants owned by EDP Renewables also received assessments, with the guarantee ranges for its UFV Pereira Barreto I to V, UFV Novo Oriente I to VI, and UFV Monte Verde Solar II to VII plants determined to be between an average of 10.9 MW and 13.6 MW. On the same day, the National Electric Energy Agency (Aneel) approved wind and solar projects totaling 60.2 MW for commercial operation or trial operation. Regarding commercial operation, the Ventos de São Rafael 11 wind farm, owned by Casa dos Ventos and located in the municipalities of Coronel Ezequiel and Picuí in the states of Rio Grande do Norte and Paraíba, had its UG03 to UG06 and UG08 to UG14 generating units (totaling 49.5 MW) approved for commercial operation. This wind farm is part of the Serra do Tigre complex, consisting of 12 wind farms with a total capacity of 756 MW. Construction began in the fourth quarter of 2023, and full commercial operation is planned for this year. Additionally, the UFV Perim Open Cachoeiro (UG1 to UG6, totaling 0.6 MW) in Espírito Santo and the UFV Ape Gazin Candelaria (UG1 to UG4, totaling 0.4 MW) in Rio Grande do Sul were also approved for commercial operation.
