en.Wedoany.com Reported - China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd., China Power Engineering Consulting Group Yunnan Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Yunnan Institute") recently signed an EPC contract for a 50 MW solar photovoltaic project in Mandalay, Myanmar.

On July 20, Yunnan Institute and Myanmar Shengbei Company officially signed the EPC contract for the 50 MW solar PV project in Mandalay. Wang Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Yunnan Institute, and Yang Keru, Chairman of Shengbei Company, witnessed the signing ceremony. Yang Min, Chairman of Shengbei Company, and the head of Yunnan Institute's International Business Department signed the contract on behalf of both parties.

After the signing ceremony, Wang Hong and his delegation paid a visit to Gao Ping, Consul General of the Chinese Consulate General in Mandalay. Gao Ping stated that the Consulate General would provide comprehensive support and services for the development of Yunnan Institute and Chinese enterprises in Myanmar, facilitating the smooth progress of overseas projects. Wang Hong introduced Yunnan Institute's business layout and development plans in Myanmar, and highlighted the progress of the 50 MW solar PV project in Mandalay, expressing that Yunnan Institute will continue to deepen its presence in Myanmar's new energy market.

During their stay in Myanmar, Wang Hong and his delegation also conducted a field survey of the 50 MW solar PV project site in Mandalay, gaining detailed insights into the terrain, construction conditions, and surrounding infrastructure. They made on-site arrangements for key tasks including preliminary preparations and subsequent construction organization.
