en.Wedoany.com Reported - Chinese PV module manufacturer Risen Energy has launched a new anti-glare heterojunction (HJT) solar module in its Hyper-ion series, featuring a dual-layer optical design for installation scenarios with strict glare control requirements, such as near airports and residential areas.

Risen Energy said the module adopts a dual-layer optical design combining a micron-scale matte glass surface produced through a "nanocrystalline phase reconstruction" process and technology that suppresses internal reflection, but did not disclose further technical details of the process. The company is also a major drafter of the T/CPIA0119-2025 group standard "Glare Test Method for Photovoltaic Modules," and said the launch of the Hyper-ion anti-glare module means it has translated its related technical accumulation and standardization experience into a commercial product.

Testing by TÜV Rheinland shows that the module's maximum daylight glare probability (DGP) is 0.30, below the AAA-level threshold of 0.35; its maximum glare luminance is 3,463.94 cd/m², against a limit of 20,000 cd/m². Risen Energy said its specular reflectance is as low as 0.85%.

The RSM132-8-710-730BHDG module is available in five versions, with power outputs of 710 W, 715 W, 720 W, 725 W and 730 W, conversion efficiencies of 22.9% to 23.5%, open-circuit voltages of 50.01 V to 50.33 V, and short-circuit currents of 18.00 A to 18.38 A.

The bifacial module uses 132 HJT cells, measures 2,384 mm × 1,303 mm × 33 mm, and weighs 37.5 kg; it features 2 mm anti-glare glass on the front, 2 mm heat-strengthened glass on the back, and an anodized aluminum alloy frame.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, under bifacial nameplate irradiance conditions, with a rear-side irradiance of 135 W/m², the module's output power is 796 W to 818 W; at a 10% bifacial power gain, its equivalent power output is 781 W to 803 W.

The module's maximum power temperature coefficient is -0.24%/C, its operating temperature range is -40 C to 70 C, and its maximum system voltage is 1,500 V. Depending on the mounting method, it can withstand mechanical test loads of up to 5,400 Pa on the front and 2,400 Pa on the back.

Risen Energy offers a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty, stipulating an annual degradation rate of 0.3% over 30 years and guaranteeing a power output of 90.3% at the end of the warranty period.
