en.Wedoany.com Reported - At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), China's Kepler showcased its full range of new products and multi-scenario real-world operations, unveiling the world's first hybrid architecture four-legged robot—the Kirin series. This series is equipped with self-developed planetary roller screws, sharing the same technology as industrial equipment. A dedicated riding experience area for the heavy-duty Kirin robot attracted numerous visitors due to its 300 kg self-weight and nearly 1-ton load capacity.

The Kirin series includes three models: the Kirin Riding model supports dual-mode operations for human riding and rear cargo transport; the Kirin Heavy-Duty Flatbed model features a 300 kg self-weight, nearly ton-level full load capacity, and a body over 2 meters; the Kirin Medium-Sized General-Purpose model focuses on lightweight design and high generalization. All three models achieve a battery life of 8 hours of continuous operation on a single charge.

The new K3 Bumblebee humanoid robot was also launched simultaneously. This model inherits the K2 Bumblebee's long-lasting battery life of "1 hour charge, 8 hours of work" and dual-arm heavy-load capacity of 30 kg, with a newly added waist degree of freedom to enhance operational coverage. The concurrently launched K3W wheeled lifting dual-arm humanoid robot adopts a motion and operation decoupling design.

This year's exhibition featured live dynamic robot operations. The industrial real-world simulation area replicated factory production line conditions, with K3 series humanoid robots performing dual-machine flexible collaborative operations; the smart retail picking area simulated dense warehousing scenarios, with robots autonomously completing the entire process of product identification and sorting; the smart coffee service cabin demonstrated refined flexible service capabilities; in flexible generalization scenarios, leveraging the force-tactile full-modal VTLA large model, robots achieved autonomous clothing folding without preset models.

Kepler adheres to a path of full-stack self-development and real-world refinement. In 2026, its effective industrial orders on hand exceeded 47 million yuan, covering six core scenarios including automotive manufacturing, precision machining, and intelligent logistics.
