en.Wedoany.com Reported - During the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and High-Level Meeting on Global AI Governance, China's ZTE Corporation unveiled its Star Series humanoid robots and embodied intelligence solutions. Leveraging multiple humanoid robot products, the solution focuses on advancing embodied intelligence technology in two key areas: commercial services and industrial manufacturing, with gradual expansion into scenarios such as home services.

For commercial service scenarios, ZTE launched the lightweight full-size humanoid robot "ZTE Xingzai." Standing 1.6 meters tall and weighing approximately 30 kilograms, it is currently the lightest humanoid product of its specifications in the industry, featuring a tendon-driven lightweight architecture and flexible lattice skin. The robot comes standard with bionic human-like gait and an intelligent obstacle avoidance safety system, making it suitable for open public environments with dense crowds. With Xingzai at its core, ZTE offers a one-stop commercial service solution covering reception, exhibition tours and explanations, Q&A, check-in guidance, and more.

In the industrial manufacturing sector, ZTE has customized multiple humanoid robot products. The heavy-duty general-purpose wheeled robot "ZTE Xingwang" has a load capacity exceeding 30 kilograms and long endurance, already applied in advanced manufacturing and power inspection scenarios. The heavy-duty general-purpose bipedal robot "ZTE Xingqing" also boasts a load capacity of over 30 kilograms, with a battery life of up to 6 hours and a standard high-precision dexterous torso. Both robots come pre-loaded with a large number of industrial operation skills, enabling rapid adaptation to new processes. Additionally, ZTE has introduced a highly flexible robotic arm equipped with the Embodied Artisan System, supporting autonomous learning of operational skills and lightweight deployment. These products achieve multi-model collaborative operations through a unified scheduling platform, providing integrated industrial solutions for intelligent and advanced manufacturing scenarios.

In terms of core technology self-development, ZTE has launched the Xingqiao series of dexterous hands in the end-effector domain. The Xingqiao Pro features 22 degrees of freedom and a high-density sensor array, suitable for high-precision flexible industrial operations. The Xingqiao Lite is a lightweight model with 17 degrees of freedom, weighing only 432 grams, making it the lightest in the industry for the same degree of freedom, and is suitable for open interactive scenarios such as commercial and home environments. At the core control level, ZTE has developed the Xinghe series of integrated robot controllers, equipped with an automotive-grade A1 high-computing-power main chip, supporting millisecond-level high-speed motion closed-loop control. On the software platform side, ZTE provides a complete software system including an open simulation platform, an intelligent agent framework, and an embodied planning model.

The centralized debut of the entire Star Series product matrix demonstrates ZTE's technological accumulation and industrialization capabilities in the field of embodied intelligence. The company stated that it will continue to deepen research and development of core robot technologies, accelerate the implementation of multi-scenario solutions, and promote the large-scale development of the embodied intelligence industry.
