Poland's Sinterit Partners with Germany's Dyemansion to Propose Full-Process SLS 3D Printing Solution

Under the agreement, Sinterit will immediately begin selling Dyemansion's Vapor Smoothing Systems VX1, and can incorporate the DM60 dyeing equipment and other supporting products into its portfolio. This move aims to combine Sinterit's flexible SLS 3D printing capabilities with Dyemansion's post-processing technology, offering users a full-process customized manufacturing service from printing to surface treatment and dyeing.

The core system of the collaboration is Dyemansion's VX1, which utilizes VFS technology (Vapor Fuse Surfacing). This process is based on sustainable solvents and can repeatedly produce smooth, sealed, and market-ready 3D printed parts. It is claimed to achieve surface quality comparable to injection-molded plastic parts, enabling waterproof and high-gloss finishes. The system's plug-and-play design makes it easy to integrate into existing workflows, with such manufacturing capabilities previously only achievable in large-scale production environments.

The timing of this partnership coincides with Sinterit's launch of the Bianco2 printer, specifically developed for white and natural-colored powders. Both parties believe this new product release opens up new application possibilities. By integrating Dyemansion's DM60 dyeing equipment, Sinterit customers can achieve durable dyeing in up to 170 standard colors for their parts, gaining the ability to produce colored 3D printed parts for the first time.
