It features a length of 5,256 mm and a wheelbase of 3,130 mm, and will offer both plug-in hybrid and pure electric powertrain options.
Looking back at the new car, the BYD Han adopts the "Dragon Face" design language of the Dynasty family, which carries the design heritage of the Dynasty series. The front headlight group combines with the LED light group to form a through-type design, creating a dragon whisker style. The front bumper features a combination of vertical ventilation openings on both sides and a trapezoidal heat dissipation opening in the middle, giving it an aggressive look. Additionally, the new car is equipped with a roof-mounted LiDAR and an active grille function.
In terms of dimensions, the new car measures 5,256/1,999/1,510 mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 3,130 mm. It also offers a two-tone body as an option. It comes standard with 20-inch wheels, with an optional floating wheel center cap. The pure electric version can be upgraded to 21-inch large-diameter wheels.
The rear of the vehicle still features a through-type taillight, with an internal light chamber designed in a style similar to Chinese knots, also a family design. The lower rear bumper adopts a three-section design to enhance sportiness, with the plug-in hybrid version hiding the exhaust pipe inside the rear bumper.
Inside, the overall design follows the Dynasty family style, which is more concise and grand. Inspired by ancient Chinese architectural design, physical buttons are retained below the center console. The overall interior style is in line with the Tang. Referring to the Tang's interior configuration, it includes a 12.3-inch full LCD instrument panel, a 17.3-inch center control screen, and a 12.3-inch passenger entertainment screen, along with a 50-inch AR-HUD head-up display.
In terms of powertrain, the plug-in hybrid version will be equipped with a 1.5T engine and an electric motor combination, with the engine producing a maximum power of 115 kW and the motor a maximum power of 200 kW. The power battery has a capacity of 54.489 kWh, providing a WLTC pure electric range of 370 km. The pure electric version offers rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive variants. The rear-wheel drive model has a motor with a maximum power of 370 kW, while the all-wheel drive version features front and rear motors with maximum powers of 200 kW and 370 kW, respectively. According to previously disclosed information, it will be equipped with a 102.326 kWh battery pack and offer five range options (CLTC) of 820 km, 850 km, 880 km, 970 km, and 1,008 km, depending on the configuration.
