On July 21, the first pickled coil was produced; on July 27, the first high-quality cold-rolled hard coil was successfully rolled off the line. This marks the official entry into the trial production phase for North Africa's first modern cold rolling mill. The commissioned 1780mm pickling-five-stand tandem cold rolling mill is a fully automated intelligent integrated production line combining pickling and high-precision rolling, enabling flexible production of both pickled coils and hard-rolled coils. Product performance fully meets the stringent standards for automotive sheets and high-end precision manufacturing, with dimensional tolerance accuracy leading the industry.

The entire production line adopts a continuous, integrated production model, breaking the efficiency bottlenecks of traditional segmented production. The pickling process precisely removes surface scale and impurities from hot-rolled coils, optimizing surface quality; the five-stand tandem cold rolling process significantly enhances steel strength, flatness, and dimensional accuracy through multiple precision reduction passes, resulting in steel with a smooth surface and precise tolerances, suitable for high-end industrial manufacturing applications.
