en.Wedoany.com Reported - TechnipFMC announced its second-quarter 2026 results on July 30, reporting $2.5 billion in subsea orders for the quarter, supported by increased offshore project activity.

Financial data shows the company posted total revenue of $2.76 billion for the quarter, with net income attributable to TechnipFMC of $362.7 million and adjusted EBITDA of $581.9 million. Cash flow from operating activities was $548 million, free cash flow reached $488 million, and the company returned $440 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases during the period.
Subsea operations accounted for the majority of the company's activity. Segment revenue grew 12.6% sequentially to $2.49 billion, primarily driven by accelerated project execution, particularly on integrated engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (iEPCI®) projects in the North Sea and the Mediterranean.
Subsea orders during the period included Azule Energy's Greater PAJ development offshore Angola, Vår Energi's Ofelia and Gjøa Nord projects in the North Sea, Eni's Baleine Phase 3 development offshore Côte d'Ivoire, and a series of subsea tieback projects for Equinor in Norway.
Chairman and CEO Doug Pferdehirt stated that operators are increasingly clustering offshore developments to improve project economics. He remains confident in achieving $10 billion in subsea inbound orders for 2026, with expectations of further growth in 2027, a trend he believes will extend through the end of the decade. "As customers shift toward more collaborative approaches to developing their offshore asset portfolios, TechnipFMC will leverage its iEPCI® execution model and configurable solutions to drive efficiency and enhance capital returns for both clients and the company."
Beyond subsea operations, the Surface Technologies segment posted revenue of $276.2 million, down 2.8% sequentially, primarily due to slowed activity from ongoing conflicts in the Middle East and lower activity in North America, partially offset by increased activity in other international markets.
