Developed by Adriparte, the project is located on Alexandre Herculano Street, just a few meters from Avenida da Liberdade. Construction is now underway, involving a comprehensive renovation of a historic building that preserves its original architectural character while incorporating modern solutions for comfort, energy efficiency, and construction quality.

The building comprises six floors and will offer unit types from T1 to T4 (one- to four-bedroom apartments), including a penthouse. José Rui Meneses e Castro, Co-CEO of MAP Group, stated that Anna is a highly demanding project, where construction quality is directly tied to preserving the building's character and realizing the developer's vision. He noted that MAP demonstrates technical capability in such challenges, combining rigorous construction, planning, and close collaboration with all parties, and that the optimal construction approach was defined prior to the start of works through a collaborative process with the developer and the design team.

The Anna project, developed by Adriparte, enhances the value of the existing built heritage with a design centered on quality of life, natural lighting, material selection, and a private residential scale. The architectural concept was designed by Openbook Studio.
