en.Wedoany.com Reported - The international standard "WiTSnet Industrial Ethernet Communication Protocol," jointly developed under China's leadership with experts from multiple countries, was recently released by the International Electrotechnical Commission, marking widespread global recognition of China's independently developed industrial network technology solutions. This protocol is the world's first industrial communication protocol that adopts a dynamic organizational network architecture, achieves device synchronization accuracy of less than 10 nanoseconds, and ensures end-to-end highly reliable transmission across the entire network.

High-end automated production lines impose stringent requirements on synchronization accuracy and operational stability. Huizhi Synchronous Network (WiTSnet) precisely addresses the industry pain point of real-time control of precision equipment, significantly reducing data forwarding latency, shortening communication cycles, and meeting the real-time control demands of high-speed machinery and precision machining. The multi-device synchronization accuracy is improved by 5 to 10 times compared to existing mainstream solutions, making it suitable for high-precision production scenarios such as collaborative assembly with multiple robotic arms. With its ultra-fast response and exceptional time-sequence synchronization capabilities, it effectively enhances factory production efficiency, stabilizes product process quality, and ensures 7×24 hours of continuous and stable production for enterprises.

The release of this standard will establish a globally universal open framework, remove interoperability barriers between different devices, and reduce enterprise costs for retrofitting and integration. It not only strengthens the foundational capabilities of China's intelligent manufacturing but also plays a significant role in unifying global industrial technical specifications, lowering collaboration barriers, and accelerating the digital and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry.
