During this operation, the LR 12500-1.0 was configured with a 126-meter main boom and worked in tandem with an LR 11350-P1800 (rated at 1,350 tonnes), primarily handling the transfer and loading of large offshore wind foundation components. The heaviest component weighed approximately 1,100 tonnes, with a lifting working radius of 30 meters.

This model features a maximum main boom length of 162 meters, a maximum lifting height of 200 meters, a maximum working radius of 180 meters, and an engine power of 800 kW. Its wide-span lattice boom adopts a foldable structure, and the counterweight plates are interchangeable with those of the Liebherr LR 13000. Its design applications cover heavy cargo handling at ports, offshore wind equipment lifting, and large-scale industrial projects.
