LiuGong Launches 70-Ton Dump Truck and Loader at Exposibram 2026

en.Wedoany.com Reported - During the 2026 Exposibram trade show, LiuGong introduced two new equipment models for the Brazilian mining market. The event was held from August 24 to 27 in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.

One of the new products on display was the DW105A off-highway dump truck, designed for high-intensity working conditions, with a payload capacity of 70 tons and a body volume of 43 cubic meters. According to LiuGong, the vehicle combines high productivity, structural strength, and adaptability to different mining types under severe operating conditions. In terms of powertrain configuration, the truck is equipped with a 512-horsepower diesel engine delivering a maximum torque of 2,500 Nm to ensure performance in complex terrains. The high-strength integrated structure, coupled with an easy-to-operate steering system and high stability, enhances safety, operator comfort, and operational efficiency. For braking safety, the model is also fitted with engine braking, a three-stage hydraulic retarder, and a dual-circuit service braking system to ensure reliable braking on slopes and under severe conditions.

The other new product is the 890T loader, developed for harsh mining environments, with an operating weight of 33.7 tons and a rated load capacity of 9.5 tons. It is powered by a Cummins X12 engine and features a redesigned bucket to improve fill factor and material handling capability.

LiuGong stated that compared to the previous generation, the T-series loaders can reduce total operating costs by up to 20%. In terms of after-sales service, the brand also showcased the iLink telematics system, which provides real-time feedback on equipment performance, consumption, and usage metrics.

Guilherme Godoy, Sales and Marketing Director at LiuGong Latin America, stated that the mining industry is in a transformation phase, with efficiency, productivity, and operational digitalization being the main driving forces today.
