CHEC and DP World Sign Global Strategic Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding

Bai Yinzhan welcomed Yuvraj Narayan and his delegation, expressed gratitude for the long-standing trust and support that DP World has extended to CHEC, and provided an overview of CHEC's development. He noted that DP World is a key strategic client of CHEC, and that the two parties have engaged in close cooperation across multiple countries and sectors worldwide, achieving fruitful results and building a solid foundation, with a series of projects such as the Port of Ndayane in Senegal progressing smoothly. CHEC looks forward to taking the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding as a new starting point to deepen global strategic cooperation with DP World, improve coordination mechanisms, and leverage its "Five Full Capabilities and Ten Full Chains" full-industry layout, global resource integration capabilities, and localization advantages to promote deep integration of the two parties' industrial and value chains, jointly setting a new benchmark for mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation between international enterprises.

Zhang Xiaoqiang stated that CHEC places great importance on its cooperative relationship with DP World, and that the two parties share highly aligned values and philosophies. Looking ahead, CHEC expects to leverage advantages such as Chinese capital and the global layout of China's industrial chain to jointly explore global markets with DP World and deliver more high-quality outcomes.

Yuvraj Narayan thanked CHEC for its warm reception and highly commended CHEC's outstanding achievements in the global infrastructure construction sector. He noted that CHEC is an important partner of DP World, demonstrating world-leading international engineering delivery capabilities and strong team execution in past cooperative projects. DP World is accelerating its business expansion across multiple countries and markets worldwide, and looks forward to exploring cooperation potential in more fields, further strengthening regular communication, and expanding more tangible cooperative outcomes.

Following the talks, Bai Yinzhan and Yuvraj Narayan formally signed the Global Strategic Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding. The two parties will establish a strategic alliance worldwide, deepening cooperation in areas such as ports and logistics.

Zhang Cuifen, Chief Accountant of CHEC; Xu Huajiang and Wang Xin, Deputy General Managers of CHEC; Anil Mohta, Chief Financial Officer of DP World; and heads of relevant departments and units from both parties attended the talks and the signing ceremony.
