Wuliangye Jianzhuang Intelligent Packaging Line of China Commences Trial Production

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On August 27, the Jianzhuang production line at Wuliangye's Intelligent Blending and Packaging Center commenced trial production. The center is a core component of Wuliangye's integrated finished liquor packaging and intelligent warehousing and distribution project, and the Jianzhuang line is currently in the trial production phase.

The Jianzhuang line integrates management systems such as MES, WMS, production line management, and anti-counterfeiting traceability, and is equipped with technologies including ionizing air dust removal and AI visual inspection. According to the current construction plan, once fully operational, it will cover digitalized management and control across production processes including packaging material conveyance, liquor source supply, production line operation, and finished product warehousing.

According to Wuliangye's 2025 annual report, the total budgeted investment for the integrated finished liquor packaging and intelligent warehousing and distribution project is RMB 8.597 billion, of which construction investment amounts to RMB 6.788 billion and working capital reserves amount to RMB 1.809 billion. The project is being constructed in two phases. As of the end of 2025, the first phase had reached 88% completion, and the overall progress of both phases stood at 40%; the second phase will be carried out in due course based on the company's production and operating conditions.

Following the commencement of trial production, Workshop 508 will continue to familiarize itself with the new equipment and systems, and the participating construction units will optimize the equipment based on trial production results. The company plans to simultaneously adjust the intelligent management systems as well as the equipment, process, and quality control segments, gradually completing the subsequent commissioning and debugging of the Jianzhuang line.
