en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 16, Xingyuan Zhuomei announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xingyuan Fenghua, plans to invest in and build a lightweight precision structural parts intelligent manufacturing project in the Ningbo Fenghua Economic Development Zone. The project is expected to involve a total investment of no more than 280 million yuan, of which fixed asset investment will not exceed 268 million yuan, mainly for expanding existing production capacity, enhancing supporting capacity for core customers, and introducing automated and intelligent production equipment.

The project is planned to cover a land area of approximately 49.85 mu, and the construction period is 27 months from the date of signing the Land Transfer Contract to completion acceptance filing. According to the investment plan, the project will focus on building production capacity for lightweight precision structural parts, equipping corresponding production, testing, and automation equipment to improve product processing precision, production yield, and manufacturing efficiency.

Xingyuan Zhuomei is mainly engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of lightweight precision components such as magnesium alloy and aluminum alloy parts, with products primarily targeting the automotive industry and other manufacturing sectors that require lightweight structural parts. This Fenghua project represents a new round of capital expenditure by the company to expand manufacturing capacity, focusing on serving the order needs of existing and new core customers, and further enhancing large-scale delivery capability.

The project funding source is the company's own funds or self-raised funds. The company stated that this investment will be made in stages according to the project construction progress and will not have a significant impact on the existing financial condition in the short term. After the project is completed, it will further increase the production capacity of lightweight precision structural parts and drive demand for die-casting, precision machining, automated assembly, quality inspection, and related intelligent manufacturing equipment.
