Air France to Resume Direct Paris–Manila Flights in October, 3 Weekly Services

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 29, the operator of Manila's Ninoy Aquino International Airport announced that Air France will resume direct flights from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to Manila on October 19, ending a seasonal suspension that lasted several months. After resumption, the route will operate 3 weekly services using Airbus A350-900 aircraft, and will continue to use Terminal 3 at Manila Airport.

The route was previously suspended during the 2026 European summer season. After Air France adjusted its flight schedule in December 2025, the Paris–Manila route was converted to seasonal operation, with an original plan to suspend flights from May 4 to October 12; subsequent summer flight schedules showed the suspension period extended to mid-October. After resumption, a direct passenger connection between France and the Philippines will be re-established between Manila and Paris.

The operating A350-900 features a 324-seat configuration, including 34 business class seats, 24 premium economy seats, and 266 economy seats. Air France used this aircraft type and cabin configuration when it resumed direct Paris–Manila service in December 2024, and the route is also the core long-haul route after Air France re-entered the Philippine direct-flight market following a gap of about 20 years.

According to the currently published late-October schedule, Manila to Paris flights are arranged to operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, with Paris to Manila services operating on adjacent dates. Air France and KLM continue to form group route synergies in the Manila market; when Air France resumed the route in 2024, it jointly formed, together with KLM's Amsterdam–Manila flights, European connections covering multiple days of the week.
