Maschmeyer Acquires 17 Ready Mix USA Ready-Mix Plants in Atlanta

This marks Maschmeyer's first entry into a market outside Florida through M&A, and upon completion of the transaction, the company's operations expanded into Georgia.

The acquisition encompasses 17 ready-mix concrete plants and 3 recycled aggregate sites, with a related workforce of more than 230 employees. These facilities will continue to operate under the Maschmeyer brand and will be integrated into the company's expanding building materials operating network, serving contractors, developers, municipal agencies, residential customers, and homeowners in the region.

Steve Bishop, CEO of Maschmeyer Concrete, called the acquisition the opening of a new chapter for the company.
