en.Wedoany.com Reported - On October 6, beRobox announced its exhibition plans for the new-generation PALTZ robotic palletizing system, which will make its first public appearance at PACK EXPO International 2026, held from October 18 to 21 in Chicago, USA. The new generation continues the plug-and-play design of the PALTZ series and maintains the integrated architecture of hardware and STACKiT palletizing software.

The PALTZ platform is primarily used for automated palletizing, depalletizing, and re-palletizing at the end of production lines. beRobox previously integrated the infeed conveyor directly into the palletizer base and adopted an inclined conveyor roller structure for product positioning, along with safety fencing, enabling collaborative robots to cover a broader range of industrial palletizing scenarios. The new-generation PALTZ will continue to upgrade on the basis of this platform.

The system software still centers on beRobox's independently developed STACKiT, through which operators can create pallet stacking patterns, manage products, and adjust production settings via the interface without complex robot programming. The company's existing STACKiT AI Vision also supports automatic calibration, variable multipick, intelligent path planning, and 3D vision feedback, and can be used for depalletizing and re-palletizing tasks.

beRobox is also expanding the PALTZ product series during the same period. The PALTZ.GO standardized palletizing system launched on September 23 is equipped with a UR20 collaborative robot, with a maximum payload of 25 kg, a maximum speed of 7 cycles/minute, and a stacking height of up to 80 inches; when configured with the Variable Multipick module, the processing speed can reach up to 14 cases/minute, and the complete system is priced at USD 79,000. PALTZ.GO will also make its first public demonstration at this PACK EXPO.

Currently, beRobox has not yet announced the complete specifications of the new-generation PALTZ, including specific payload, cycle rate, dimensions, and price. The relevant technical specifications are expected to be further disclosed when the exhibition officially opens on October 18.
