en.Wedoany.com Reported - On October 30, UK trade, logistics and investment group Pegasus announced that it has acquired the freehold of 31 Curzon Street in Mayfair, London, from property developer Richardsons. The building will serve as Pegasus's group headquarters and family office, while also functioning as the base for its UK and overseas operations.

31 Curzon Street is a Grade II listed building with six storeys and a Georgian façade. Renovation work is already underway at a cost of £5 million, starting with the main reception room and boardroom facing Curzon Street, and is expected to be completed in early summer 2027. As an owner-occupier, Pegasus will use the building for client receptions, international meetings and routine internal and external meetings. This means the property serves a dual role of "occupation" and "holding," being incorporated into the group's asset portfolio rather than being set up as leased office space.

The move to the Mayfair headquarters does not change Pegasus's logistics operations base in Leeds. The group owns 106,500 square feet (approximately 9,890 square metres) of office and warehouse space at the Logic Leeds business park, adjacent to Junction 45 of the M1 motorway. Under the adjusted layout, Mayfair assumes group strategy, investment and family office functions, while the Leeds campus continues as the physical node for logistics and operations. The headquarters relocation and the logistics operations base are geographically separated, with the former positioned in the capital and decision-making sphere, and the latter remaining at its existing logistics execution location.
