Wedoany.com Report-Sept. 10, America Clean Fuel Corp. (ACFC), a lubricants and specialty blending company based in Houston, announced that its new blending facility in New Caney, Texas, will begin operations in one month. The plant, designed with a capacity of 1,000 barrels per day, will focus on producing Synergen™ AW46, a premium ashless hydraulic oil developed for high-performance industrial applications.
The New Caney plant marks an important step for ACFC, combining modern blending technology, modular logistics, and a strong emphasis on environmental and regulatory compliance. Located close to Houston, a key center of the U.S. energy and petrochemical industry, the facility positions ACFC to serve growing demand for advanced lubricants in both regional and national markets.
Michael Chase, Co-Founder of America Clean Fuel Corp., said: “Synergen™ AW46 is engineered to outperform standard hydraulic oils, extending equipment life through its ashless formulation and delivering dependable performance under the most demanding conditions. This launch marks the beginning of our broader strategy to build America’s most agile, scalable, and customer-focused lubricant platform.”
The plant includes on-site storage for more than 6,000 barrels and is designed with a modular structure that allows rapid scaling of production capacity. ACFC has also integrated efficient bulk-handling and logistics systems to support competitive pricing and reliable supply, with the goal of serving distributors, industrial customers, and government clients.
Sustainability plays a central role in the facility’s operations. ACFC emphasizes energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact while ensuring that its products meet stringent industry requirements. This approach supports the company’s broader objective of providing high-quality lubricants that align with evolving market expectations for cleaner and more durable solutions.
Industry analysts highlight that the U.S. hydraulic oil market is valued at more than $9 billion annually and is increasingly moving toward cleaner formulations supported by consistent domestic supply. ACFC intends to position Synergen™ as a premium yet accessible alternative to products offered by established oil majors.
The launch of the New Caney facility provides ACFC with a platform to expand its presence in the lubricants sector and respond effectively to shifting industry trends. By combining technical performance, supply reliability, and a strong customer focus, the company aims to strengthen its role in the growing market for advanced hydraulic oils.
