Wedoany.com Report-Dec.1, Puma Exploration has deployed a second drill rig at its McKenzie Gold Project in northern New Brunswick, Canada. The mobilization follows the start of a 2,500-metre initial drilling campaign at the high-grade RIM Gold Zone, which began on 17 November 2025.

Eight short holes have been drilled so far, with a combined total of less than 300m.

Surface grab sampling at the RIM zone during 2024 and 2025 recorded gold values up to 601.33 g/t. The mineralized system consists of a shear-hosted quartz vein to the south, mineralized along most of its exposed strike, together with a series of parallel extension veins to the north that cover a width of approximately 35 metres. The RIM zone remains open in every direction.

The McKenzie Gold Project spans over 33,660 hectares and is located along the McKenzie Fault, a regional structure associated with multiple gold-bearing quartz veins, stockworks, and breccias.

The first drill rig continues to test the southwest portion of the main shear vein where 2024 channel and grab sampling produced the highest gold grades recorded to date. Eight short holes have been completed so far, totaling less than 300 metres. These holes have intersected quartz veins carrying disseminated sulphides within mudstone host rock. Notably, hole MK25-03 encountered a quartz vein containing four to five specks of visible gold.

Core from the initial holes has undergone preliminary on-site logging. It will now be transferred to Puma's regional facility in Saint-Quentin for detailed examination, sampling, and subsequent laboratory assaying.

The newly mobilized second drill is positioned on a recently exposed area in the northern part of the RIM Gold Zone. Its primary objective is to determine the depth continuity and lateral extent of the northern extension veins beneath the surface outcrops. Drilling will consist of short holes ranging from 25 to 50 metres in depth.

The McKenzie project forms part of Puma Exploration's broader portfolio in Canada. In October 2024, the company entered an option agreement with Kinross Gold that allows the major producer to participate in future exploration activities in the region.

With two rigs now operating simultaneously, Puma aims to rapidly expand understanding of the RIM Gold Zone's dimensions and grade distribution. Results from the current program will guide follow-up drilling and help define the overall potential of this high-grade discovery. Core processing and assay results are expected to be released progressively as laboratory work proceeds.
