Recently, the Ansai 300 MW agriculture-photovoltaic complementary project, which involved the participation of Shanghai Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., has been fully completed and put into operation. The completion and commissioning of this agriculture-photovoltaic complementary project marks its official transition from the construction phase to the production and operation phase.
This agriculture-photovoltaic complementary project is part of the first batch of large-scale wind and photovoltaic base projects planned by the state. It is located in Gaoqiao Town and Zhuanyaowan Town within Ansai District, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province, with an average site elevation of about 1,500 meters and covering an area of 10,700 mu. The project adopts the construction model of "agriculture-photovoltaic complementarity," aiming to enhance the comprehensive land use efficiency. The project primarily installs 555Wp high-efficiency monocrystalline bifacial double-glass photovoltaic modules, arranged on fixed supports, forming a total of 150 photovoltaic arrays. Two new 110 kV booster stations have been built as supporting facilities. The electricity generated by the project is collected and boosted via collector lines before being connected to the grid through 110 kV transmission lines. Shanghai Electric Power Construction was responsible for constructing the project's 60 MW photovoltaic plant area in Gaoqiao Town and its supporting grid connection facilities.
After achieving full-capacity grid connection, the project has a designed operational period of 25 years. It is expected to generate a total of approximately 12.58 billion kilowatt-hours of on-grid electricity, equivalent to saving 3.92 million tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 10.45 million tons.
