Wedoany.com Report-Dec.30, Hong Kong's New World Development Company (0017) recently announced that it will increase its investment in the northern areas of Hong Kong. This year, it will officially commence the construction of two large-scale residential projects, which are expected to deliver approximately 3,000 apartments by 2027.

According to the company, it holds around 15 million square feet of agricultural land. Within the next one to two years, over 2 million square feet of developable floor area will be released through land exchange. Previously launched residential projects such as Austin Bohemian and State Pabilia have already sold out.
