Recently, the RWC647 Rural Road Construction Project in Kenya successfully achieved its third major milestone. This progress has created favorable conditions for the full completion of the entire project.

The project team fully leveraged the favorable construction window during the local dry season, carrying out meticulous planning and resource integration. Within one month, the team efficiently completed a series of critical construction tasks including earthwork, concrete pouring for structures, road base treatment, and asphalt surface paving.

During the project's advancement, management adhered to a combined approach of systematization and refinement. Faced with existing utility poles and old culverts within the construction area, the project department conducted comprehensive surveys in advance and actively coordinated with relevant local authorities and property owners. This ensured the proper relocation of pipelines and traffic management arrangements were completed before earthwork commenced, thereby avoiding construction disruptions. Furthermore, to minimize the impact on residents' daily travel, the project department proactively installed clear construction warning and guidance signs at major intersections and high-traffic sections along the route, gaining recognition and cooperation from the surrounding communities.
