Recently, the design proposal for the Inaura skyscraper, created by the Dutch architecture firm MVRDV, was officially unveiled in Dubai. The building is planned to reach a height of 210 meters, and its unique "gem-like sphere" design is expected to introduce a new visual element to the local cityscape.
The upper quarter of this skyscraper features a "pearl"-shaped spherical structure, which is planned to house VIP lounges and observation spaces. The main body of the building adopts a regular rectangular design, enhancing spatial efficiency while also prioritizing structural practicality.
The project is being invested in and developed by the UAE developer Arada. Upon completion, it will include 105 apartments, a hotel with 101 guest rooms, and nine penthouses. The bottom four floors are designated as public areas, featuring facilities such as a lobby, restaurants, fitness, and spa amenities.
The total investment for the Inaura project is approximately $463 million, with sales expected to commence in January 2026. This new skyscraper design aims to add a structure that combines visual distinction with practical functionality to Dubai's urban skyline. The construction of this skyscraper reflects the ongoing trends of urban development and architectural innovation in Dubai.
