This expansion project will be constructed on the reserved land within the existing plant area; the expansion project covers an area of 888,494 m², with a building area of approximately 777,799 m².
(6) Construction Scale and Product Quality
This expansion project involves building an annual 5.57 million ton forest-pulp-paper integrated facility. Construction includes: a 1.2 million ton/year chemical pulp line, a 960,000 ton/year chemi-mechanical pulp line, a 1.2 million ton/year cultural paper line, a 510,000 ton/year tissue paper line, a 1.02 million ton/year specialty packaging paper line, a 680,000 ton/year high-end information technology paper line, as well as supporting facilities such as a chemical recovery workshop, papermaking chemical production workshop, water treatment workshop, raw and auxiliary material storage yards (warehouses), finished product warehouses, and other auxiliary projects.
The overall 5.57 million ton forest-pulp-paper scale corresponds to: 1.2 million tons/year of chemical pulp + 960,000 tons/year of chemi-mechanical pulp + 1.02 million tons/year of specialty packaging paper + 1.2 million tons/year of high-end cultural paper + 680,000 tons/year of high-end information technology paper + 510,000 tons/year of tissue paper.
The construction period for this expansion project is 6 years.
Specialty packaging board will comply with the coated white board paper standard (GB/T10335.3-2018), cultural paper will comply with the printing and writing paper quality standard (GB/T12654-2018), tissue base paper will comply with the tissue paper quality standard (GB20810-2018), and high-end information technology paper will comply with the enterprise standard.
(7) Total Investment
The total construction investment is 17.6 billion yuan, consisting of 16.7832 billion yuan in construction investment, 344.38 million yuan in construction period interest, and 472.42 million yuan in initial working capital.
