Lot 1: Equipment Upgrade Works for Hydraulic, Process, Electrical-Automation, and Civil Engineering Equipment of the Water Intake Functional Unit

Lot 1 Scope of Services: Comprehensive upgrade of all hydraulic equipment, process systems, electrical and automation control systems, and associated civil structures belonging to the water intake functional unit. This includes, but is not limited to, demolition of old equipment, supply, transport, installation, commissioning, and trial operation of new equipment.

Lot 1 Hydraulic Equipment Upgrade: Replacement of intake pump sets, flushing water pumps, drainage pumps, and associated pipelines, valves, flow meters, and level gauges. Upgrade of pump control panels and variable frequency drive units. All new pump sets must meet hydraulic efficiency and energy-saving requirements under the 600,000 m³/day intake capacity.

Lot 1 Process Equipment Upgrade: Replacement of intake screen rakes, screenings conveyors, screenings dewatering presses, and associated process pipelines, gates, and flushing systems. Upgrade of water level differential measurement and control devices before and after the screens to ensure the intake's debris retention and removal capacity meets raw water quality variations.

Lot 1 Electrical-Automation Equipment Upgrade: Replacement of low-voltage switchboards, motor control centers, local control boxes, field instruments, and sensors for the water intake. Upgrade of programmable logic controllers and remote terminal units. Re-laying of power and control cables. Integration into the existing plant-wide SCADA system to achieve fully automatic, unattended operation of the entire water intake process.

Lot 1 Civil Engineering Works: Demolition of existing equipment foundations and partially failed structures. Pouring of new concrete foundations and pedestals for equipment. Repair of floor openings, wall damage, and floor damage caused by equipment replacement. Construction or modification of cable trenches, pipe trenches, and equipment maintenance platforms. Partial structural reinforcement of the intake channel and forebay.

Lot 1 Interface Coordination Responsibility: The successful bidder must closely coordinate with the plant's existing operating systems and contractors of subsequent lots to ensure the water intake maintains a minimum guaranteed supply capacity during phased construction, without causing a complete plant shutdown.

Lot 2: Fence Replacement and Modification Works for the Screenings Storage Area of the Water Intake Functional Unit and Screen Installation Works

Lot 2 Scope of Services: Upgrade and modification of the enclosure structure for the temporary screenings storage area of the water intake, and installation of a screenings dewatering and screening device to improve working conditions and hygiene/safety.

Lot 2 Fence Replacement and Modification: Demolition of existing corroded and damaged fences and foundations. Construction of new hot-dip galvanized steel fences or precast reinforced concrete panels with a height of no less than 2.5 meters. Installation of personnel access gates and vehicle access gates. Addition of razor wire coils or anti-climbing devices on top of the fence.

Lot 2 Screen Installation Works: Installation of fixed or vibrating dewatering screens at the discharge point of the screenings storage area or at the end of the conveyor. Screen aperture shall not exceed 10 mm, made of stainless steel. Provision of associated leachate collection troughs and discharge pipelines to direct filtrate to the plant's sewage network.

Lot 2 Ancillary Works: Partial hardening repair of the storage area floor. Installation of surface drains or underground drains to prevent liquid accumulation and overflow. Installation of area lighting fixtures and video surveillance cameras, integrated into the plant's security system.
