Lot 1: 18-2026-51 Central Nordland Asphalt Contract

Estimated Value: NOK 80,000,000 (excl. VAT)

Work Period: 18 May 2026 to 2 October 2026 (Contract period until 30 November 2026)

Core Tasks: Responsible for asphalt paving, rehabilitation, and maintenance works on designated road networks in the central Nordland region.

Subgrade and Base Course Treatment: Includes milling of existing pavement, subgrade leveling and compaction, laying and compaction of graded aggregate base or stabilized soil base.

Strict Noise and Dust Control: Near accommodation areas, campsites, and viewpoints, restrict construction to specific times or require the use of ultra-low noise equipment.

Biodiversity Protection: May require flora and fauna surveys before construction, avoidance of sensitive breeding periods, and installation of protective barriers.

Material Performance Requirements: Use of more durable asphalt surface layers with colors harmonizing with the natural environment (e.g., specific colored asphalt or exposed aggregate pavement).
