Place of performance: TAURON Wytwarzanie S.A. – Oddział Elektrownia Jaworzno w Jaworznie, ul. Promienna 51, 43-603 Jaworzno (Elektrownia III) and Oddział Elektrownia Łaziska w Łaziskach Górnych, ul. Wyzwolenia 30, 43-170 Łaziska Górne. Contract duration 12 months.
Lot 2 (LOT-0002): Część II: Piasek kamienia wapiennego dla potrzeb El. Łagisza, Siersza oraz Jaworzno II (Limestone sand, grain size 0.1-0.4 mm). Place of performance: TAURON Wytwarzanie S.A. – Oddział Elektrownia Łagisza w Będzinie, ul. Pokoju 14, 42-504 Będzin; Oddział Elektrownia Siersza w Trzebini, 32-541 Trzebinia; Oddział Elektrownia Jaworzno w Jaworznie, ul. Energetyków 15, 43-603 Jaworzno (Elektrownia II). Bid Security (Wadium) Requirements:
Bid Security Amount: Lot 1: 170,000.00 PLN; Lot 2: 370,000.00 PLN; Lot 3: 200,000.00 PLN. If bidding for multiple lots, the sum of the bid securities for the respective lots must be submitted, clearly indicating the lots concerned. The form and method of submission are detailed in Section 4.3 of the tender documents.
Qualification Requirements:
Professional Qualification: Tenderers must be registered in the commercial or professional register in their country of establishment. A preliminary declaration must be made in Section "alfa" of Part IV of the ESPD (European Single Procurement Document).
Economic and Financial Standing:
Civil Liability Insurance: Lot 1 requires a minimum coverage of 900,000 PLN; Lot 2 requires a minimum of 2,000,000 PLN; Lot 3 requires a minimum of 1,000,000 PLN. If bidding for multiple lots, the total coverage must not be less than 2,000,000 PLN, regardless of the number of lots bid for.
Financial Capacity (Credit line or own funds): Lot 1 requires a minimum of 1,500,000 PLN; Lot 2 requires a minimum of 3,400,000 PLN; Lot 3 requires a minimum of 1,900,000 PLN. If bidding for multiple lots, the required financial capacity is the sum of the requirements for the respective lots.
Technical and Professional Ability:
Proof is required that within the last five years (or since establishment if the company is less than five years old) the tenderer has supplied limestone sorbent (limestone powder or sand) to the same contracting authority, with a net contract value not less than: Lot 1 900,000 PLN; Lot 2 2,000,000 PLN; Lot 3 1,200,000 PLN. If bidding for multiple lots, the required reference value is the sum of the requirements for the respective lots. "Supply" refers to the total value of supplies realized for the same contracting authority within a maximum period of 12 months.
