Scale of Works: Estimated soil treatment quantities: Class S (contaminated with hazardous substances) 8,650 tons, Class E (heavily contaminated) 15,900 tons, Class B (slightly contaminated) 3,950 tons, Class T (lightly contaminated) 4,350 tons, Class A (uncontaminated) 650 tons (indicative quantities).

Construction Scope: Controlled excavation, on-site preliminary processing, analytical verification, transportation, and final disposal.

Environmental Construction Requirements: To be conducted in accordance with OSiti, OPSR and O suolo regulations.
