This machine is used to draw φ9.5mm, φ12mm standard aluminum, and φ9.5mm aluminum alloy rods into φ1.6mm-φ5mm aluminum (alloy) round wires. The drawing drums are arranged in a single row, with each drum driven by an independent permanent magnet synchronous direct-drive servo motor (the speed of each drawing drum can be set within a certain range, with motor speeds automatically distributed proportionally), enabling rapid mold changes. The mechanical and electrical speeds are well-balanced and matched. The integrated protective door structure ensures convenient operation. The dual-disc automatic disc change and automatic loading/unloading reduce labor intensity in factories. Equipped with data collection interfaces for production line parameters, the entire line has a high degree of automation, allowing for non-stop disc changes. All three-phase asynchronous motors in the production line use products with Level 2 energy efficiency/IE4 rating or above, promoting energy savings and consumption reduction.
