Design Technologies

(1)Static Thyristor Excitation Series: Carbon brushes are centrally arranged in a sound-insulated brush holder at the exciter end, eliminating carbon dust and reducing noise, resulting in a cleaner and more environmentally friendly operating environment.

(2)Brushless Excitation Series: Drawing on French ALSTOM design technology, the rotating rectifier assembly is mounted at the outermost end, providing a compact and rational structure with convenient maintenance.

(3)Air-cooled Units: Adopting the latest ALSTOM air-cooled turbo-generator design technology introduced by Harbin Electric, stator bar main insulation is thinned and optimized to reduce stator coil temperature rise. Rotor coils employ direct cooling via ventilation sub-slots, optimizing airflow distribution and reducing temperature non-uniformity.

(4)Turbo-Generators Above 15MW: Employ paddle-type fan structure instead of conventional centrifugal fans, significantly improving cooling performance.

(5)Turbo-Generator Efficiency: Exceeds industry standards by more than 0.2%.
