The AF-7550 Dual-Channel Hydride-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer, launched by EWAI, is a fully automated spectral analysis instrument suitable for trace analysis of twelve elements including As, Sb, Pb, Bi, Te, Sn, Se, Hg, Cd, Zn, Ge, and Au. As the successor to EWAI's best-selling atomic fluorescence product AF-7500, the AF-7550 achieves automatic gas flow adjustment, single-point automatic standard curve preparation, and automatic dilution of high-concentration samples. It offers higher sensitivity, better stability, more intelligent operation, and a wider range of applications.

Product Introduction
Product Parameters
The precise and intelligent sampling design combines a six-port injection valve with a variable quantitative tube, retaining the advantages of precise sampling, convenience, and durability of the six-port injection valve, while also enabling single-point automatic standard curve preparation (linear correlation coefficient ≥ 0.999) and automatic sample dilution. When the sample concentration exceeds the limit, the instrument automatically determines the dilution factor based on the degree of overload and automatically calculates the actual concentration of the sample. The unique variable quantitative tube design incorporates the advantages of a syringe pump;
The gas-liquid separation system achieves more thorough separation, primarily using pump drainage supplemented by infrared control (Patent No.: ZL200720104070.7), resulting in more complete gas-liquid separation and a truly colorless flame;
The gas-liquid separation system employs secondary separation (one time-space separation and one membrane separation) (Patent No.: 200720104068.x), and uses an infrared sensor to control the liquid level, eliminating the influence of liquid level on analysis. The noise level is significantly reduced, the detection limit is greatly improved, the linear range is broadened, and the analytical precision is enhanced;
The user-friendly and gas-saving gas path design adopts a mass flow controller gas path control module, providing precise and accurate gas flow control with continuously adjustable, stable, and reliable flow rates. The carrier gas and shielding gas are automatically opened during sampling and shut off 5 minutes after sampling is completed. This not only ensures gas savings and reduces analysis costs, but also avoids repeated switching of the flow controller during short-interval repeated sampling, ensuring stable gas flow.
