GC-4100 Series Gas Chromatograph

The GC-4100 fully automatic gas chromatograph is a new-generation gas chromatography analytical instrument designed and developed based on the concepts of high precision, high automation and high efficiency. Drawing on advanced domestic and international technologies, it offers excellent performance. The instrument is equipped with a high-precision electronic flow control device, which can realize gas path expansion according to customer needs and achieve fully automatic flow control, with different modes such as pressure control and flow control. It provides flexible instrument configurations including multiple injection methods, multiple injection ports, multiple detectors and multi-valve multi-column systems, and can optionally be equipped with various accessories (such as headspace samplers, thermal desorbers, etc.), offering better adaptability for different analyses.

  The GC-4100 series gas chromatograph is a new-generation product developed and manufactured by East & West Analytical Instruments. Multiple technologies have been significantly improved based on the GC-4000A. The whole instrument realizes computer workstation control and can implement EPC electronic flow control for six gas paths (the number of gas paths is expandable), including control of carrier gas, fuel gas, auxiliary gas, split and makeup gas. Detector and column oven temperature control adopts fuzzy PID intelligent control.

    The large-screen LCD display on the host can real-time display temperature, operating conditions, etc., more convenient and intuitive. Analysis conditions can be set not only via the host touch keyboard, but also flexibly and conveniently reverse-controlled via workstation software.

    Chinese online help system makes the instrument easier for users to operate and use.
