GC-4295 Portable Mining Gas Chromatograph for Coal Mines

The GC-4295 is a portable gas chromatograph that requires only one type of carrier gas, without the need for fuel gas or combustion-supporting gas, and has a built-in carrier gas cylinder. It is suitable for judging the development of sealed fire areas and the degree of fire extinction during inert gas fire prevention and extinguishing operations. It can be used to track and understand the inerting conditions in the working area, provide guarantee for fire extinguishing measures, and provide scientific data for unsealing fire areas.

1. The chromatograph has an electric automatic ten-way valve injection system, ensuring good accuracy of retention time and more accurate data.  

2. Built-in automatic negative pressure sampling device.

3. Large-screen touch LCD industrial computer with one-key power-on function.

4. The data workstation directly reads out the peak area data and concentration content of each component.

5. Three-channel design: O₂, N₂, CH₄ and CO₂ are detected on channel A; C₂H₄, C₂H₆, C₂H₂, C₃H₈ and H₂S are detected on channel B; H₂ and CO are detected on channel C.

6. Minimum detection limit: O₂, N₂, CH₄, CO₂ ≤ 0.1%; minimum detection limit for H₂ and CO ≤ 5ppm; minimum detection limit for C₂H₄, C₂H₆, C₂H₂, C₃H₈ and H₂S ≤ 0.05ppm; quantitative repeatability: ≤ 3%.
