The GC-4200 (08 Series) Gas Chromatograph is a new-generation mining gas chromatography product from East & West Analytical. Building on the stability and reliability of the GC-4008 series products, it is equipped with full EPC gas path, a 10-inch touch screen and network port communication, giving the instrument higher automation functions and more comprehensive human-machine dialogue functions, further meeting customers' needs for automation and real-time data network transmission. It is suitable for coal mine analysis laboratories for mine gas analysis, fire prediction, discrimination of gas explosion risk levels, full analysis of fire gas components for mine rescue, and prediction and forecasting of extinction degree and unsealing indicators.

1. Rapid analysis: Analysis of 13 fire gas components including CO, CO2, H2, O2, N2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2, C3H8, C3H6, iC4H10 and nC4H10 is completed within 10min to 15min with a single injection.
2. 10-inch color touch screen with beautiful interface, easy to understand and simple to operate; various parameters can be set via the touch screen.
3. The instrument has functions such as over-temperature protection, low-temperature alarm, open-circuit protection and gas interruption protection.
4. High-precision electronic flow controllers are adopted to accurately display the flow of each channel, ensuring the accuracy and good reproducibility of analysis results.
5. Supports mobile APP; the instrument can be remotely controlled and monitored using a mobile phone or tablet.
6. Column oven anti-scald function: When the door is opened, the column oven motor automatically stops and the column oven heating wire stops heating; automatically resumes upon door closing.
7. Optional system networking function for data upload: By writing the data communication protocol of the customer platform into the workstation, data upload can be realized according to the customer's data format requirements.
8. Fully automatic operation: The instrument is automatically controlled by computer and can be configured with a tube bundle monitoring system to realize uninterrupted cyclic sampling and analysis. Unattended monitoring is achieved, analysis reports are automatically printed, and network data transmission is realized simultaneously.
