DFX Series Low-Voltage Cable Branch Box

The DFX-0.4 series distribution box is mainly used in public power grids. With novel and diverse wiring methods and component arrangements, it can fully realize busbar installation without drilling, and the busbar current-carrying capacity is not affected. According to the needs of transmission and distribution networks and users, it provides a variety of branching methods, box types and installation methods, making it convenient for users to choose among flexible and varied schemes. In the construction and renovation of national urban and rural power grids, it is an introductory supporting product to replace overhead incoming lines. It is widely used in outdoor public places such as substations and distribution stations, industrial and mining enterprises, both sides of streets, garden residential communities, high-rise buildings, airports and key construction and renovation projects, in three-phase low-voltage transmission and distribution systems, as a complete set of stereotyped equipment for distributing electric energy to other users or equipment via cables.
The metal box body is made of stainless steel plate, aluminum-zinc coated plate or ordinary steel plate bent and formed. The box body is sprayed with outdoor plastic powder, with compact structure and beautiful appearance. Color: Standard gray, or customer-specified color (to be proposed when ordering).

Product Structure and Installation Method
The product is assembled from box body, circuit breaker, main busbar, N/PE bar, insulating parts, etc. The box body is a closed structure, welded and plastic-sprayed from 1.5mm thick stainless steel or cold-rolled steel plate.
Visible appearance parts such as the box door and top cover all adopt epoxy powder electrostatic spraying, with uniform, beautiful and corrosion-resistant coating. Product operation method: Manual
