Product Description:
The medium-pressure deaerator uses a rotating film / spray + packing structure to break water into extremely thin water films / micro-droplets, greatly increasing the contact area between steam and water, allowing dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other gases in the water to be rapidly released; the released gases are discharged from the top vent along with a small amount of steam, and the deaerated water is stored in the lower water tank, with stable dissolved oxygen in the outlet water.
Core Advantages of the Medium-Pressure Deaerator:
Higher deaeration precision: superior to atmospheric-type deaerators, suppressing oxygen corrosion in medium- and high-pressure boilers.
More stable operation: compatible with medium-pressure boiler systems, supports constant-pressure / sliding-pressure operation, and offers strong resistance to load fluctuations.
Better energy efficiency: high steam utilization at medium pressure, low exhaust steam loss, recoverable heat, and lower overall energy consumption.
Strong system adaptability: matches medium-sized power stations and large industrial medium-pressure boilers, with high pressure compatibility with feedwater pumps and boiler systems, reducing cavitation risk.
Superior service life and maintenance: high structural strength, temperature- and pressure-resistant, water tank equipped with a reboiling device for deep deaeration and reduced scaling, easy maintenance.
