A low-pressure heater is a heat exchanger that utilizes the latent heat of steam extracted from the turbine, steam separated by an expander, or other waste steam to heat raw water.
The low-pressure heaters designed and manufactured by our company are available in vertical or horizontal U-tube configurations, suitable for units of 300MW and below. Through technological upgrades, we possess unique technical advantages. The equipment body is available in either an integral welded structure or a flanged connection structure. The integral welded structure offers the advantage of eliminating leakage points, while the flanged connection structure offers the advantage of easy disassembly. All tube connections are made using all-position welding and expansion, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
Tube materials can be selected from S30408, S31603, H68A, and TA2 according to customer requirements.
