To produce LNG from natural gas as feedstock, the natural gas is first treated with MDEA solution to absorb components such as CO2 and H₂S. The unabsorbed purified gas undergoes liquid separation and then drying, after which it enters the cold box to produce LNG.
Technical Features
The MDEA wet decarbonization process is adopted, which can maximize the recovery of C2, C3, etc. in the feed gas, increase LNG output and calorific value, and improve economic benefits;
The MDEA wet decarbonization process is adopted, achieving higher CO2 removal precision;
The TSA drying and purification process is adopted, which can deeply remove H₂O to less than 1 ppm, and can further remove CO2, thereby further ensuring the requirements of the cryogenic liquefaction system.
