Positive Pressure Hot Air Furnace:
The positive pressure hot air furnace is a type of hot air furnace. As the name implies, the combustion in the furnace chamber is conducted under positive pressure. The conventional negative-pressure induced-draft air supply method has been redesigned into positive-pressure forced air supply to improve heat exchange efficiency. It is mainly used for reheating the primary hot air in flue gas denitrification of power plant boilers and for reheating the hot air used for drying in power plants.
Performance Features:
1. Tight sealing to prevent high-temperature flue gas from escaping the furnace.
2. Wide adaptability to fuel types; hot air furnaces can be manufactured for burning coke oven gas, converter gas, mixed gas, producer gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, chemical waste gas, heavy oil, diesel, and other fuels.
3. Output hot air temperature control with a temperature deviation within ±5℃.
4. Targeting the setpoint temperature, the fuel and air supply are automatically adjusted for convenient operation.
5. Non-standardized design for greater specificity and better fulfillment of user requirements.
6. Wide control range of output hot air temperature, suitable for drying needs across different industries.
7. Capable of continuously providing constant-temperature, constant-pressure, purified hot air.
8. Fully automatic operation with imported electrical components for high operational reliability and accuracy; can be networked with industrial SCADA systems for control.
